1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use StyleMeter.
• Users under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• By using the App, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

• You must log in using a valid Google or Apple account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Service Description

• StyleMeter allows you to upload photos of your outfits (“Content”) for AI-powered analysis and feedback.
• Free users may have limited access to features.
• Pro Subscription users are entitled to 3 outfit reviews per day.
• Reviews beyond the daily allowance are not permitted.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Pro Subscription is offered on a paid basis.
• All payments are processed securely through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• We do not provide refunds except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Upload unlawful, offensive, harmful, or infringing content.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to abuse the service.
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or manipulate usage limits.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the App or its backend systems.
• Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or spamming within the App.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

6. User Content

• You retain ownership of photos you upload.
• By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and display the content within the App.
• We may remove any content that violates these Terms.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Suspend, restrict, or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms.
• Remove content deemed inappropriate or harmful.
• Deny access to any user at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The AI-powered reviews are subjective, experimental, and provided “as-is”. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for damages, losses, or claims resulting from your use of the App.
• This includes but is not limited to loss of data, reputation, profits, or unauthorized account access.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to data collection and processing as described.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
